I've got 3D printable stands for the classics:

The 35, 45, 55, 70 and 80: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4444933
The 65 and 67: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4444931

I use them for displaying these models and they are pretty good for using them too.
