I ordered two from shipways and they work find. I had springs available, but thought that winding a paperclip might work too. Has anyone tried this or some other method to fabricate the spring themselves.
Assuming that you're going to use rechargeable AA batteries, be sure to label the battery holder with the proper battery polarity.
