I ordered a DM15 yesterday and the SwissMicros site said it would be delivered in a pouch, I assume that is the one they have pictures of on their site.

That pouch used to be an extra cost option. You could try emailing them to see if they have any more left but I suppose not if they are no longer advertising it.
