I got a new prime (ver. C, had ver. A before) and my connectivity kit is crashing on both Windows and Mac when I expand the calculator tree.
I updated the firmware to the latest version on both systems, but the apps are still crashing. Any ideas how to fix this?

I solved the problem by backing up my other calculator and restoring the backup to the new one. That's a crazy solution but worked.
What would happen if I didn't have a backup?
Any other solutions to this?
