I have contacted the site author about the missing pages. Hopefully it will be fixed soon (I may have a copy in my 'archives', but access time may be infinite!
A most curious set of coincidences:
1. I worked for ADM (the inside front cover advertisement of that issue)
2. I left ADM to work for Harris Broadcast Products (the author of the cited article worked at Harris).
3. This transition happened in October of 1979 (the BM/E issue date!)
Too Bizarre, no?
