I've created an Excel spreadsheet that can be used to document HP-12C listings.
A short example...

- simple entry of instructions as text
- the HP-12C's screen display automatically generated
- keycaps or normal font display for keystrokes automatically generated
- suitable for cutting and pasting into Museum forum posts (just change the font to Courier when you create your post)
- use one Excel sheet per program
