In case somebody's searching for the same: Carefully put your nail starting from the holding side (opposite of the contacts), and try slide to the sides to release the inner latches (two on each side), the top side must be slightly forced outwards on each side. CR2032 is soldered, a BIOS battery with cable is a good replacement. Be careful not to loose the spring. See images:
