Abstract- A program is described for solving a system of first-order ordinary differential equations using a Hewlett Packard HP-41 C/CV. This algorithm has the advantage of automatically determining the stepsize. It gives the required accuracy in a minimum computation time and can be easily adapted to other programmable calculators and microcomputers
