I just purchased a lot of 9 HP41s with cases which the seller described as "Collection of 9 broken HP 41CV vintage calculators. All tested, some do not turn on, others turn on but display error messages".
It actually looks like one tall key HP41C, five fullnut HP41CVs and three halfnut HP41CVs.
I can't remember a 41 showing any message other than "MEMORY LOST" when first powering on? I mostly just bought the lot for all the parts, port covers, battery holders, modules and cases but it would be quite the plus if some of them are working. I guess I will find out when I get the package but can't think what other error message could show, so any guesses?
