I recently acquired a Commodore Minuteman 6X calculator that is missing the battery compartment cover. I would like to design and 3d print a replacement cover and it would help to have the measurements (in mm) and photos of an actual cover to get started.
I know it's been a year, but did you ever get the measurements you needed?
I found this post while googling "Commodore Minuteman 6X" because I just bought one at a thrift store. So if you're still needing measurements, I'm happy to help if I can.
ErikW,
I still need measurements and photos. Thank you for helping!
Were you able to get the photos? Is there any more data that you need?
Hi Erik,
I did get the photos, thank you for posting them with the measurements. I have started a model in OpenSCAD.
Erik,
Thanks for your help, this is the finished result. It's red because that was already loaded in my printer and it shows well in the photo as opposed to black.

Where are the other 58 of them? I always thought there were 64 people in the Commodores and that's why they were called the Commodore 64.
And all of Commodores and McCoys can make music, save for the 6X!

Hey!
My Commodores are indeed 6X in the picture. ;)
