An extract form the ABSTRACT of Computer Program for Calculating Hydrodynamic Properties of Shock Waves in Sea Water, Allen E. Funs, Naval Postgraduate School, NPS67-82-001, FEB 1982.

…a calculation procedure for determining the hydrodynamic properties of sea water at the front of a shock wave. The procedure has been programmed for the HP41CV, which is a hand-held programmable calculator. The program, which uses 374 lines of code, reproduces the values for a shock wave as tabulated by Richardson, et al . The advantage of the HP41CV program is that properties can be calculated without use of tables…

very thorough (flowcharts, etc)

BEST!
