Hello

I have designed a keyboard overlay model for a HP41 calculator:

Neat! Have you made any yet? How does the thickness compare to the original?
With a couple very minor tweaks to the layout, you can make it reversible, so both sides can be used.

Required mods:

1. Remove the vertical bar between the 2 rightmost holes in the 4th row down.

2. Slightly enlarge the horizontal width on the right edge of the leftmost 3 columns of the bottom 4 rows. Though not apparent with casual use, it is easily seen (just turn one over to check fit) that the number keys are not spaced uniformly due to the larger size of the digit keys.

Yes, I made it: You have a couple of pictures in thingsverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3215428 and I enclosed one picture here.

The thickness is something bigger than the original but the fit in the calculator is great !!!
Nice! But how do you label it?

I use adhesive labels. I think you could also use a permanent marker
