I actually clicked "Search" (upper right area of this browser window) and tried to search for this topic, but when click Search I get a blank page in my browser. The page it fails to load is this:

http://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/search.php

I tried it in other browsers on my Mac and I still get a blank page. Anyone else?

Anyway...

There is UNDO on my 28S, 48GX and 50g, printed right there on the calculator where I can see it. But how do I invoke UNDO on the Prime?

And no, ESC is not UNDO.

Here's how UNDO works on my 28S:

1. Push "5" then ENTER.
2. Push "6" then "-", which yields the answer: -1
3. Push the RED button and 8 to UNDO. 5 returns to the stack. Perfect UNDO.

So again, how do I accomplish this kind of UNDO on the PRIME? I'm talking about "UNDO last action."

Thanks.
Hi!

There's no undo on the prime, only cancel with esc key.

But if you are in RPN mode you can recall last arguments or inputs by pressing "Shift" and "+" simultaneously. It can help sometimes.

Cheers!
There is no UNDO on the Prime, but in RPN mode you have LastArg:

1. Push "5" then ENTER.
2. Push "6" then "-", which yields the answer: -1
3. Push the Del key to delete -1
3. Push Shift and + to recall the last arguments. 5 and 6 return to the stack.
Thank you for the tip about SHIFT & + for RPN mode. My kids prefer to use Textbook entry though. Surely there must be a similar trick for that mode?

In any case, can either of you gentlemen click "Search" in the top right of this browser window and get the search page? I am getting only a blank page for some reason.

Thanks.
Unfortunately, search seems to be broken!
So who do we contact to fix the broken forum Search feature?
Problem is known to the moderators.

It seems to me that UNDO is less of a necessity on the Prime since Home and CAS have 100 levels of history. All you have to do is scroll up and double tap your original input.

But you can’t undo anything when writing a program.
Search works now.
