See my post about the HP-41CV cross compiler in the "General Forum".
After finding the HP-41CV Cross Compiler, I then did a search for "Calculator Compiler" and came across one for the TI-59:
Design and Implementation of a Basic Cross-Compiler and Virtual Memory Management System for the TI-59 Programmable Calculator
It's an interesting document. They use Basic for the language to program the calculator steps and then Pascal for the Cross-compiler. And the source code is included.
I like the following statement:
"to design and debug TI-59 programs of moderate size can be more difficult than doing the computations themselves"
It appears that there is a lot of information given about the inner structure of the TI-59 that some here might find useful.
