My calculator is running the latest update firmware ''20180212''. I have followed every step and the conversion of pdf files on the given website was successful. Yet when i extract the downloaded zip file, and try to put the .hpprogram and its given zip file to the calculator through the hp connectivity kit, the complete program refuses to transfer the files and immediately shuts down. What am i doing wrong? Could you please help me. As i said, i am running the latest OS updates on both the calculator and the connectivity kit. I would appreciate your answer. Thanks in advance for your time.
