HP 35s solver error caused MEMORY CLEAR and mothings bring it back to life.

Hi.
I was rinnning a simple calc and something happened. MEMORY CLEAR came up and no combination of keys works: C + GTO | C + R/S
I also took 1 battery out and waited a few seconds. Then I took BOTH batteries out and also no change.
Wating for the auto-turn off soesnt seem to work.
Then I also pushed a few times the RESET pin button on the back! No result.

MEMORY CLEAR still flashing....

I coundnt find any-one else who had the same problem. I need help
