Got some new toys today! Smile

Will try the 30b as financial calculator, but it does not seem to support IR print. Will probably get a HP-17 BII+ instead as a pure financial one with print support (and use my phone or one of my other calculators if I need trig functions).

If not happy with 30b I will convert it to WP34S. I heard of some adding printing with IR diode to that model?

Tried printing from my DM42, but i did not seem to work. "Printing Is Disabled". Any ideas?

HP 35s, HP 50g, HP Elite X3, SwissMicros DM42

Enable Printing.

[Shift] [-] [Down] [Down] [PON]

It's a global setting to Enable via [PON] and Disable via [POFF].

Hard to believe you couldn't find this in the manual....

I got my 30B because I wanted to mod it, but then I decided to just use it to study financial stuff! Big Grin When I'm done studying I think I will convert it to WP34S. I use the WP34S app on my phone and it is absolutely fantastic!

Here's a link to a page containing the HP 30b learning modules. Might prove helpful.
