It is a lot of work to install the pcb. Mainly cutting the hole for the usb connector. So i think there are not a lot of people who will do it.
Eric Rechlin thought about it, but i don't think he has done so far.
There is one other person who has ordered a lot of boards and was planning on doing this. Maybe he will contact you.
