The 15C+ was the forerunner of what became the HP-15CLE. Though the 15C+ does not have the infamous PSE bug found in the 15CLE, they do have different bugs. The 15C+ keyboards feel as good as an original new 15C and there is no loose key 'rattle' associated with at least some of the 15CLE machines.

With the exception of the 12C with blue case and blue keys owned by Keith Midson, I'd agree the 15C+ is likely the rarest Voyager series.
