Yes, storing memory yes. The 50g wins hands down. But if you want to process things, you need RAM and the 50g has "only" ~250 Kilobyte usable. (I discovered recently that the port1 is RAM, but cannot be used as working memory really well due to limitations of the saturn cpu, see http://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/thread-8847.html)

Now 250kb of memory is quite a lot nonetheless but I believe (did not test) the prime could handle lists of a million elements while the 50g cannot unless one builds a very neat framework that moves data back and forth from the SD (that would be quite a project)

Ok.
If only the HP Prime could be a real RPN calculator all the way down like the 50g or the HP41.
Or, if HP could finally built a true HP41CX successor with modern technology, CAS and expandability!!
I guess we have the awesome CL for that....
