Do you mean it’s not upgradable?
What are these different options? Could you be more specific?
Does this mean that you can either ship the board to be a GPS interface OR an SD card interface?
Does this also mean you would work on an X-functions/double X-memory instead of the long-awaited Time Module and never come out with it?

This is very unclear to me.

The design is first and foremost a Time Module clone. The FPGA is programmable
one time, meaning it cannot be altered once programmed. That's why it will be
a while before it is ready; I have to make sure the design is correct before I
start shipping stuff. I have people lined up to serve as beta testers already.

The different options didn't cost anything. I noticed that the hardware would
be able to support those different options with just a minor change to the
board layout, so I included that change in the board design. The other options
I mentioned may or may not ever come to fruition. Time Module is the number
one priority.
