I too have never measured this (I just found out about it too) but I presume the 42S does support this since it is built on the (nearly) identical SysRPL/OS/HW platform that the other machines are built on, so the OS and hw support it. Though I imagine the effect (sleep vs. deep sleep) on 42S is the same, I'd guess that it would have taken more effort to make it not work than to have the mode supported. --Bob Prosperi |
