Thank you. We did defintiely test on the latest windows versions so this is quite perplexing.

Could you possibly try installing the c++ redistributables? We did modify the installer to "force" this to install, but maybe something is still not happening like we expected.

I verified the runtime installation, it was installed. I downloaded the file anyways and ran it, selected the repair option. Same outcome. I verified the runtime versions as same, on both the wimpy tablet, and on a Surface Pro 4.
