HP48 Clock error data results

Actually, I have found that every 48 I have looked at is operating slow has a slow clock.

By the way, the 'CLKADJ' command in the 48 adds the amount (in 'ticks') to an internal clock; thus a positive CLKADJ value pushes the internal clock forward - which would correct for a 'slow' clock.
