No idea if ship to Italy is possible, but by coincidence, I did run across this on eBay:

When I saw your note, I thought I had posted the wrong link, so I checked it. In fact, of the 3 "HP-86B" systems listed there now, only one is actually a "B" model (though listed at $1700, but it is a very complete system).
