There's a developer kit, which contains the schematic, LCD artwork, and sample code (but not the actual 20b source code). Thanks to Eric Rechlin for saving this. I was sure that I had a copy, but couldn't find it. Richard Nelson wrote a report on 20b hardware interfacing.
