I just bought an HP 9810A on TAS and notice in the picture that the Plotter/Alpha ROM is plugged into slot 2. The manual has a caution that says it should only be plugged into slot 3. Is the ROM damaged now or will plugging it into the wrong slot just keep the calculator from working properly? Also, does anyone have the manual for the plotter/alpha combination or just the plotter? Neither manual is included in the HP Museum set.
