Hi, as you might have seen I want to put together a nice display of the HP41 history (Peters Collection - Display).

There are two pieces I am missing.

The first one is the W&W 64k RAMBOX II

I'm offering $1500 for it.

The second one is the HP41 CW, which is the CV version of the CY.

I'm offering $5000 for it.

Items have to be working and in very good to excellent optical condition. Would be great if you can help me out completing the display.

NOTE: If you only have items with dead battery and hence no operating system, please still contact me as I know how to restore them.

Cheers

Peter
Great to see that other collections are also incomplete as mine Wink The CW is also missing in Switzerland.
Hi Peter

About my last information’s I received from an ex. W&W developer. Due a temporary limited availability from the CX model, a very small production from CV was produced as CY TURBO. With an additional X-Function module it was like a real CY TURBO.

Furthermore, there was a reduced version with only 32K RAM on the market (HP-41CW). But also in a very small production. I heard this CW was not branded differently to the CY TURBO.
Therefore, three models from W&W exits:

1. HP-41CY TURBO with 64K Rambox and integrated X-Functions (CX)
2. HP-41CY TURBO with 64K Rambox (CV)
3. HP-41CW TURBO with 32K Rambox (CV)
Great info! I guess the one I am looking for is the CW with 32k Rambox. But as Juergen indicated as well as you, it might not be much in circulation.

I have more hope for the ERAMCO rambox...

Thanks for the info!

Cheers

Peter

CY-CL, do you have any literature on the CY-CX, CY-CV, or CW-CV?
Hi Dave

The most literature in the 80th was published on the W&W CURSOR magazines (Sorry German Only).

Jürgen scanned them and you can download the 4 magazines on his website. (Thanks Jürgen)
