I have an HP-29C with a poorly RAM chip. The calculator seems to work OK when it's warm, but if it's in a cold room, or I cool the chip with a shot of freezer, I get "Error" on the display when I turn it on. When it warms up again, it starts working normally.

So I'm after a 5061-0469 replacement. Can anyone help?
