Written in Visual BASIC .NET for Windows this program simulators an HP 45. Information about the program and a link to download the program are available here:

I'm using this latest version on a Dell Venue 8 Pro running Windows 8.1.
I have also used it on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. It requires the .NET Framework 2 available from Microsoft. it will also work with .NET 3.0 & .NET 3.5.
