Are Chris and Dan the same person?

Dan Coffin authored
1) Algebra & Pre-Calculus on the HP-48G/GX
2) Calculus on the HP-48G/GX
under Grapevine Publications Inc.

Three other books for the 48 are
a) Calculus Investigations with the HP-48G/GX
b) Differential Equations using the HP-48G/GX
c) Investigations in Mathematics HP-48G/GX

I got one called 'Easy Course in Using and Programming the Hp 48G/Gx'

A second hand book from the library of Dr Ronald Wyllys. It's been a great experience working through the examples.
