Well, the AP550 CROM for the TI-59 did "various targeting calculations for nuclear weapons." Any idea what CAT 2 says?
Did anyone on here win the auction? I got busy and forgot to bid. I would love to get this image. The overlay shown in the auction seemed to say something about targeting.
There were no bids and the auction ended.

The TI AP-550 CROM was made by Horizon Technology Inc. for nuclear weapon calculations. One of our members has some EPROM modules for the 71B along with some other cold war calculators from HTI.

From the link:
By 1984 desktop computers and hand held programmable calculators were available and a newsletter that was distributed with the rule mentioned that the [Defence Nuclear Agency] was currently supporting the HP-41/HP-71, IBM PC, IBM PC/XT and Zenith Z-100.

Relisted and sold! Hope it was someone here.

Nice custom overlay.
Not me as well ;(

Stange, there is no bid on the item but it is sold.

I see one bid by f***f on Feb-14-17 11:00:54 PST
Correct, I mixed it with the first auction ($200, no bid).

So, if the buyer is on here, let me make a fair offer: I will pay the $149 for just the two modules and the overlay. I will give the ROM images of the modules to anyone for free.
That's the way people do it ;(

Well, my offer is still open, but I'm not a Swiss Cow, sorry I'll pass that. That's about 400% more than the guy paid a week ago on Ebay

Greed moves the world.... but towards where??

Congratulations on your purchase - and looking forward to the ROM images from you ;-)
As promised.... As I haven't been outbid / overbid I will publish the codes for free to everybody. Is that our deal in future?
As announced I give the full $150 set to the community now. You will find them on TOS and on your CL soon. Thanks to Warren and Monte for the help.

Maybe someone wants to donate me another "undocumented" module Wink

Thanks for sharing these unknown-until-now ROMs Matthias! I'm not certain how many members have a need to calculate Nuclear Weapons effects, but it's good to know that those calculations will soon be only a CL ROM update away!

Feels good to share!

I should be careful with you Americans. If Trump gets the modul in the fingers it will end up badly for Europe [Wink]

Unfortuantelly I can not upload the files here (file type not allowed). You will have to wait for Warren.

PS: "Feels good to share" - Yes, but only if I can buy it "cheap"

It works if you put the ROM files in a ZIP file.
New try... I just tired .rar first, sorry
