I've been away for a while from TAS and It seems to me that prices for HP vintage calculators have been "a little bit" increased, isnt it?
Yes, I agree. Especially in the area of the HP-71B and any HP-IL accessories.
Beyond that, HP-41C, CV and CX are quite elevated, as are the HP-11C, 15C and 16C, at least in my opinion.
One of the things I find is that when I go to sell something, the price I can get is meager, but when I want to buy something... pretty much exactly the opposite!

Yes, and my auction thoughts for today, everything seems to sell for reasonable price except everyone is interested in the one item you want.
I am glad I started collecting years ago, but I still think it is all overpriced for what it is.

Well, only one thing is definitely true - the devices will get more rare...
Don't expect them to go down in price over the long term. They're riding the typical bathtub curve of collectible item value, and scientific instruments are among the most rarefied categories of antique collecting. Early personal computers have already jumped two generations of collectors, and prices continue to rise to astronomical levels. Pre-microprocessor computers are even more insanely expensive.
As mathematicians say, it's a strictly monotonically decreasing function.
