This is a great work, Sylvain. You have inspired me to dust off the old 71b in the closet and reaquaint myself with its many capabilities.
Hi Sylvain,

Thanks so much for putting this compendium together. I've just downloaded a copy, but from my initial "flick-though" it looks like an excellent source of the latest information regarding the 71B.

Kind regards,

Michael

You will find in the Articles Forum a major update of my "HP-71B Compendium" document.

This release now includes a fully formatted PDF document of the article.
Also, the web version has been completely revised and is now in sync with the PDF document.
As usual, any comments, corrections, advices, etc are welcome.

Now that the PDF version is out, I will be able to focus on adding new modules, documents, etc.

Happy reading!

Sylvain

Thanks for the hard work to create and share this awesome resource. Clearly useful to us 71B addicts, it has also reactivated some 'retired' 71 users - the ultimate compliment.

GREAT JOB!
Thanks Sylvain! Great resource, and very professionally done.
Great contribution to the community, many thanks Sylvain!
This is really really excellent Sylvain - well done! Cheers, Keith
Thank you Sylvain. Great work.
Long live the HP71B :-)
Thank you guys.
Just in case it was not clear, all the underlined text in the PDF document points to actual files (JPG, PDF, ZIP, etc).
I am currently unbinding and properly cutting all the 71B manuals double that I have for mass scanning.
Since I am limited to 3 GB for my DropBox account, I will do a 150DPI colour scan of them and if later on I have more space, it will be easy to do a rescan at 300, 600 or 1200 DPI.
I should be able to post another update this weekend with new stuff and more manual links.
Best regards,
Sylvain
Thank you *very* much for your amazing effort, Sylvain!

I am watching and reading your product on a weekly basis. Very much there for me to learn.

Thank you the offer and I accept it. 8-)

I have both books, but I have refrain myself to put HP-IL stuff in the HP-71 article because I am planning to do the same kind of document for HP-IL.
But please be patient, I need to finish the 71 compendium before starting another one.

Best regards,

Sylvain
