We are still working through all of our projected expenses, but I would expect the conference fee this year for various reasons to be somewhere around $40-60 USD. This is higher than past years for a couple of reasons so I wanted to give everyone coming a heads up.
In addition to some expenses we always have (copying, materials to get the conference going, etc), we will also be providing three meals - Saturday lunch and dinner and then Sunday lunch. Those three combined are essentially the conference fee.
There is no option to have a smaller fee if you want to decline one of the meals - there's just no way we could plan. Sorry.
The conference fee is collected at conference registration and cash is preferred.
