I regret that I won't be able to attend this year. My father passed away this morning. My mom and I took him to the Emergency room Saturday morning. He was having a high fever and was shaking. Between last night and this morning, has was moved to the ICU and had three cardiac arrests. He was not feeling well for a long time.
Have a great conference, and hopefully there be some goodies to look at. I miss you guys!

Eddie, we had a similar scare with my father this summer. We were very lucky and he is still with us. It gave me an opportunity to reflect and re-prioritize some things. I'm so sorry to hear that your family wasn't as lucky.

Wow, that's not good. Take a break, we'll be here when you're able to concentrate for longer than five minutes. Don't be afraid to step away from things, as you're probably aware you'll have a "interesting" time for the next few weeks if not months.
