I use to program directly on the HP but I was wondering if there is a program that allows me to program with the PC and transfer the program to the HP later.

What device do you use? (Prime, 50G ...)

I use the 50g.

For User RPL, I use HPUserEdit v5.4.0.850 with an embeded HP50G emulator.
