Even there is a monthly / annual meeting in London....
I was a bit "off-topic" the last years. Is there still a european meeting or is it time for a new Allschwil Meeting?

Very good idea indeed!! I remember very well an Allschwil Meeting some years ago - it was even before the WP 34S project was started so I could only present some very cloudy design ideas then. IIRC, it was the last AM taking place - at least the last I noticed. So, I'd welcome an AM relaunch although I live quite a bit farer away now. If there's sufficient demand (and I've got enough spare time for participating), I may offer a talk about the 43S.

AFAIK there a good'ol tradition doing it near Basel (CH) which is next to the center of gravity of relevant Europe anyway

I love this picture! At the start of my carrier as a surveyor KERN & HP-41 were the "God's boss" combination.
In a way still is...

Allschwil is fine (Frankfurt would be fine, too). I'm regularly near Freiburg, thus more or less around the corner.
