Dave put up a page last night for the new expanded and improved "Museum on Disc".

It's improved because it's now grown to 1700 docs totalling about 14 gigs, and it's all on a flash drive.

There's options to upgrade your version 4-7 for half price and if you only need a single manual one can get that by buying the disc that it is on.

It's at: http://www.hpmuseum.org/cd/cddesc.htm

BTW: I bought #1, so you collectors are out of luck ;-)

Do the USB sticks come with serial numbers? That would be cool!
I've Just ordered one.

Good to know it is a flash drive.

Thanks Dave.
Got mine this morning.

Thank you Dave for all the work in getting this together and everyone else who helped with scanning!

But alas, there's no serial number, not even a version number. So I don't think that these will become collectables -- but who knows.

Me three! I will add my sincere thanks to David and to all those who patiently scanned the docs to share with the community.

It's VERY nice having all the content in 1 index. As many times (!) as I looked for stuff, I could never remember if it was DVD-1 or DVD-2.

Thanks to all!
Me4 !!!

Thanks for the Picture, Kate.

Lucky you that live in the USA.

Mine, after arrives and Take 6 months at customs, will be attached to a turtle and it will walk calmly to My home.

Cheers
First thing I did with mine was to back it up. Smile
I bought version 7 DVDs a couple of years ago. I want to upgrade to v8 but wanted to make sure of something.

There is only one version of the USB stick, correct? The regular and upgrade USB sticks are identical (full set of all documents?). The only difference is that previous purchasers get a 50% discount?

The reason I'm asking is because when I initially read the page, I thought the upgrade usb includes only v4-7 documents...

I'm pretty sure it means that v4-7 owners are eligible for the discount but thought I'd double check.

Thanks!
The upgrade set is complete and the same as the full set. I tried to rewrite the descriptions somewhat because people keep buying both the regular and the upgrade sets in the same order - even when the order page told them that they only needed one. Looks like I should tweak that language again.
OK - hopefully that's more clear now.

Thanks!
Thanks Dave! Much clearer now!
I received mine yesterday, made an image of it and automatically mounted. Thanks!
Italy has been reached today! Smile

Thanks Dave

No surprise, since "all roads lead to Rome" :-)

It took a bit longer, but mine is finally here. Smile

Thanks, Dave!
