I just noticed the WP-31S is available for purchase now at
hpcalc.org.
Sure, you could make your own, but by buying one from hpcalc.org, you get these advantages:
- The DevTeam get a small thank-you payment
- HP hardware has been tested and verified
- Labels applied properly by trained professional
- Firmware already installed - no cables needed
- You help to support Eric and hpcalc.org
Check it out and order one now!

No, order three or four

Eric also offers WP 31S overlays. But mind that he is citing a backlog of orders for WP 34s overlays. We should therefore bear patience.
I am very thankful indeed.

p.s.: Possibly in order to keep walter b busy, the greek γ seems to have been kept in a lofty position... ,-)

I'd guess those are just the old pictures still.

I ordered a 31S and the v3.3 WP34S from Eric.

Thanks for the heads up.
So, I understand that:
31s = 34s - x
Could someone please describe the differences in the 34s and 31s?
Thanks,
John

That's easy: x = 3s
- Simple (no arcane math stuff).
- Solve and integral, sums and products are not featured.
- Sorry, not programmable.
There is a preliminary manual available at the site mentioned. There will be a complete manual (some 140 pages spiral bound) offered soon, written by the usual suspect. Please look at the corresponding thread.

You're welcome, John.
Now if you'd learn to position your responses correctly...

Is this an answer to the ominously unanswered PDF-question in the corresponding thread?
Sorry for pestering, but I do like to leave the search for keywords to my tablet. ,-)

As said, I'll think about a possibility of offering personal pdfs - if they are safe enough. It's not top priority on my list though. Hope this answers your question.

I missed that info. Thank you, yes. I'd be willing to pay for one.

Hi chimichurri
If there are, Eric would be the one to ask. You can find contact information on his website.
I have been begging him for WP-34s overlays for over two years now...
