How do I print or save the program that controls this interface?

I can't help with printing or saving, but I can advise you to be extremely careful if your interface manipulates intrinsic fields. You do not want to "pull an Osterman." See:

You need to buy the printer/cassette interface that is compatible with your calculator. Here's a website that lists compatible units:

I have the CE-126P and I can tell you it works fine. The printout is very legible and cassette operation is reliable.
