Hi everyone,
we would like to complete our HP-65 restoration
HP-65 restoration
by putting the original label back on the calculator.
We have cleaned all the residual glue, from both the label and the calculator chassis,
we tried a ultra thin double adhesive tape but while it sticks well onto the chassis
it doesn't stick to the label so we removed.
Also we weren't able to get the label very flat, it keeps some curves and this doesn't help.
So we would like to ask you help for the following :
How do we get the label flat ?
(We already tried the suggestion to use a spoon giveon in the forum a while ago
and we already tried to put it in between to flat tables and put them under the bed leg ))
Which glue can work the best result ?
Thanks for help !
