I recently revived a 9100A and would love to find any accessories, documentation or advertising materials for it.

Jack, it's been months since you posted, but I have a 9125A, complete with diagnostics card, that I'm getting ready to list. I have no way of testing it, however, as my 9100B is not working.
I'll post up some photos if you're interested.
I've found a buffer box, but still looking for everything else!
