Hi,
I was wondering if anybody knew if and/or how one could run the newest versions of the Prime connectivity kit and the emulator with wine. I currently I can run the 2013 version, but when I try to install the newest versions, I get these errors:

Thanks
I have them both available as native Linux applications as appimages. We have not yet done a few things on them yet however to be able to release - the usb has not been turned on among a few.

These aren't a high priority, but I'd like to get them done sometime - maybe as an unsupported "technical preview" or similar...
That would be great
That would really be very good.
When will it be available?

Thank you very much

Reto
As a linux user, I would be thrilled if I could run the software from Linux.

Push the free Linux version to Finnish Abitti developers.
Abitti is the official Finnish graduation Linux system on a stick
with free version of TI CX CAS & Casio ClassPad (for Linux)

Abitti is also used on many High School studies and eventually on every exam.

NOTE: the student demo version from the internet
and the version used by Schools differ in licences.
HP doesn't have to distribute a free full version on the internet.
It can be limited to the school system & the matriculation exams,
which are available to the students only during tests and some classes thru schools.
Those USB stick have to be returned to the teacher
and they only work with the school server system.

Your software is safe (unless you're planning to release a free full Linux version)
BTW: IMHO that would crush Casio & TI (in Finland)

PS: DO you advertize?

VPN

I can't see why they wouldn't, the Windows version is free.
Also interested in Linux versions.
There's some advances in Linux version of connectivity kit ?
I tried wine + connectivity kit with my HP Prine version D and SW: 2020 01 21 without any result.
HP Prime is not seen.
Does someone has do it succesfully?
There is an appimage?

Thanks,
Luca
