It seems that the Notes app does not retain all the colors when changing the text format color. I've noticed that the following colors don't "stick" after exiting the re-launching Notes:
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Tan,
Purple.

They seem to default to other colors.

Is there a best place to report bugs?

Well dang... not sure why that would be happening. I'm guessing it has to do with when we moved from 16 bit color to a 32 bit color fairly recently.

You can always report to "calcbeta@hp.com" by email, or just posting here normally gets to us as well. I've filed this one.
