I seem to recall reading that the HP Prime wasn't showing on the .uk website.
Its now listed here...but it appears to be more expensive

But if you don't need wireless capability, the older version can be had for just £155.
If you do, its £1024.
(For those unfamiliar with £, a useful first approximation is to just change "£" to "$").
I think I will carry on using the Android version...

Looks like a muppet faux pas
Even ignoring the £1024 blooper, the prices are high direct from HP. I think I paid about £120 for my HP Prime from Amazon.co.uk.
It used to be about that... But the £ doesn't buy as much as it used to.
But £155 does seem a lot for the non-wireless version which I assume also has the less-readable keyboard.
You should consider buy one in France (130€ = £114).
The wireless model is to be used in a classroom, it is made of a PC antenna for the teacher and 30 wireless modules for HP Primes of the students.
It won't turn your Prime in a wireless tablet or equivalent.

Direct prices are always more expensive, so the various authorised retailers don't get undercut by the manufacturer.

Ah. Perhaps the £1024 isnt wrong, if its one calculator includes 30 unmentioned dongles?
Wonder if PPL might one day support wireless?
