(The latter is almost unheard of so you should double-check if you think that applies to you.) This form is not recommended for people who simply prefer not to use their ISP email account because this process is very slow and results are not guaranteed. If you simply have not set up your ISP's email account, setting it up now will be much faster than using this form. Your activation email address will not be visible to forum users.
After you fill out and register this request electronically and then send your self-addressed envelope and postage, the curator will send instructions to continue by postal mail. Please double-check your Street Address before sending. Don't forget to include your country.
After sending the request, please follow the directions that appear to print and mail the page along with a self-addressed envelope and postage. Prepaying your postage allows us to provide freemail overrides at no charge and registering the same request electronically reduces typos. Both steps are required. We apologize for any inconvenience.
