Broken keys on HP Prime?

Hi everybody. ON my Prime the keys #1 and #4 don't work anymore.
Since there hasn't been any physical impact, I figured it was a software problem, but without key #3 i can't use the FCO-technique.
Has anybody heard of such an issue, or does anyone have a clue what to do?
