Prime to Prime Transfer Message #1 Posted by toml_12953 on 17 Oct 2013, 9:28 p.m. I see that the mini A to mini B cable originally listed isn't shipping with Prime and a loose sheet that was included said to ignore the sections of the manual that mention Prime-to-Prime data transfer. I happen to have the correct cable to connect two Primes. Does anyone know if the transfer capability will be added to the firmware or is it there already but in a buggy form that HP doesn't want to support?

Neither. It's already in there and it works fine. HP does not officially "support" it, however, and there is no guarantee that it will work in future upgrades.
