HP Prime: Slow turn off
Message #1 Posted by Paul D. Fox on 9 Oct 2013, 6:24 p.m.

It takes about 45s to turn off my Prime. Turn on is about 1+s ie normal.

I dont have much on my prime - I cleared the stack, but its inordinately long.

Another thing: any change to the battery indicator to make it more readable? The green-on-blue is very unclear/difficult to read.

45s definitely seems something strange is going on. Things can definitely slow down if there are HUGE data sets in lists, matrices, stack and so on, but I would not expect it to be that slow.

Is there any chance you run a "backup" from the connectivity kit and send it to me? I'd like to try a restore and see if I can replicate it.

Then you can probably try rebooting from the start with ON-APPS which should cleanup the main RAM.
